Here's how it works.
An appointment is scheduled for a face-to-face meeting to complete a Buyer Profile. The profile itself consists of a series of questions to help us discover exactly what buyers are looking for and where. As well we will inform our clients about financing options and costs involved in buying a home.
We firmly believe there should be no unpleasant surprises! We also point out locations that may not have been considered, housing issues and concerns we have come across in the past and negotiating strategies. (With over 50 years combined experience we have seen and heard it all)
At this time we discuss and review our services and commitments to our buyers so they know exactly what they can expect from us. We also outline what we need from them in order to make the process smooth and trouble free. Our Buyer Agreement is very straight forward.
In short we spend enough time with buyers during this interview to be sure we can be of assistance in locating the best home to meet their needs, within their budget, in a timely fashion and with no surprises.
With this information we return to our computer and add the relevant info into our profiling software and voila!
BUYERS WILL RECEIVE QUALIFIED LISTINGS OF HOMES FOR SALE RIGHT TO THEIR HOME OR OFFICE COMPUTER MINUTES AFTER THEY COME ONTO THE MARKET!
THEY CAN THEN DRIVE BY AND CHECK OUT THE HOMES AND NEIGHBOURHOODS MORE CLOSELY AND CONTACT US WITH A LIST OF THE HOMES THEY REALLY WANT TO SEE AND WE CAN TAKE IT FROM THERE!
